Where is your slip on Monroe? What is your slip fee, and what does it include?

Fourwinds. 10x24 covered full year with 6' dock box runs about $2900 plus change.
Actually the best boating money I've ever spent. prior to this year I had the boat on the water a total of 8 days in about 3 summers. It's a crime to spend that much for a boat and never use it. Trailering it was such a hassle.
This summer I was out almost every weekend and it was so nice to be able to stay out till after sunset and not have to worry about towing the thing home in the dark.
They should be moving the docks around (A,B,C) sometime real soon. I think my rates stay about the same as my dock doesn't change but the newer ones will probably go up a little.
