Boat Ramp Locations

Assuming I already have a Lake Permit, are their boat ramps on Lake Monroe that can be used without paying a fee for entering a park?

Yes, you can goto Cutright ramp without paying a entrance fee, and to the Dam and not pay a fee.
But you still need a launch permit otherwise they will give you a fine from what Ive been told.
