I am a student at IU.  The DNR website says an Indiana resident is a person who has lived in Indiana continuously for a period of 60 days prior to license purchase.  This definition seems ambiguous.  I have lived here continuously for 60 days, but I have an Illinois drivers license.  Am I eligible for a resident license?  Thanks
