          Current Levels
Normal pool level: 538 feet.
Ramps open: All open except Pine Grove and Cutright.

Fishing conditions: Crappie: Monroe is the big crappie lake right now. People are catching 14- to 16-inch fish east of the causeway. Try Southern Pro Hot Head jigs and 3-inch Kalin Grubs in shallow water.

Crappie: Fish in about 12 feet of water on deep structures.

Bluegill: Fish are on beds and make for fast action, even for the youngsters.

Walleye: Live bait rigs slow trolled over hard bottom has produced some fish. Look for small groups close to the bottom.
